Blog Guilt

I have major blog guilt lately. I seem to be SO busy - I'm trying to find out what's important, what needs to go, what to keep doing... how to find some extra hours in the day.

I barely have time to knit.... much less blog. I don't have time to think of bloggy stuff to write.

Something's gotta go, but it won't be my precious half hour or so of daily knitting time. But, since there's not so much knitting progress, the blogging may only happen once or twice a week. You'll stick with me, right?? :o)

So.... up there's the piddly little progress on Starsky. I'm just now starting the armhole decreases on the back.

And because I have such little knitting to show.... here are some cute kitty pictures. Why do they love to get as high as they can? Can you see the kitty in the picture with the stairs? Follow the hand rail up to the top - it points right to her. Do you think she knows how far down it is to the floor from there??

A cat's life.... lying around all day. If they had opposable thumbs and could knit - I'd sign up to be a cat.

Hey, don't feel pressure to blog, that's no fun. We are all busy these days! Take your time, we'll still be here. :)

Hope whatever is keeping you so busy is something fun, and not stressful. That's the worst kind of busy.

Following your progress on Starsky as I have it in the back of my mind to make it one day.

All the bloggers with kitties make me want to get one. Can't though with a cat allergic kid and a dh who hates them. Sigh. Had one all through my childhood and until I got married. Find lately I do miss them, even with a dog.

I have a perilous ledge similar to that in my house too, and my cats love to be up there. I think it may have to do with surveying their domain.

I'm in the same boat. I don't have enough hours in the day to work full-time, write witty stuff, take pics and download them, read other blogs, my emails, knit, cook dinner & clean house (haha - that one's a joke!!). Who does? Don't feel guilty one little bit. All that stuff does compete for our "quiet time" with the Lord, doesn't it?

Don't worry, we'll stick around. Can't get rid of us that easily! ; )

Sounds wise. I'm trying to waste less time on the internet poking around... but I love the blogging. It's like my grown up time. :)

I'll be here when you are! And I still want to get together!

The busy thing seems to be going around! It's hard to prioritize and make myself do the stuff I need to do instead of what I want to do.

I love your "As Unto the Lord" stenciling on the wall. It's beautiful.

This the Season to get busy!

Don't worry about blogging. I try to visit other blogs only a few at a time each day so by the time I get done, it's time for me to blog. That's usually only twice a week. Unless I have something more to say & I'll post a 3rd time. We shouldn't have to feel like we HAVE to blog every day. I love to see your knitting progress because you do such beautiful things, but we all need that knitting time also. *smile*

Life happens and blogs can wait (mine's gonna have to in the next 3 weeks I have 2 dentist appointments, 1 doctor appointment, a bone scan, and my son is having surgery) I was tickled to be snowed in this last week because life had to slow down.
(oh I have pictures of the snow at www.xanga.com/cherim
Love that cat!! Mine's too old to climb.
