She's Getting Good!

Check out this beautiful yarn Kaity spun up for me! 204 yards of heavy worsted 50/50 merino/silk blend..... GORGEOUS! The silk gives it a little shine and just the tiniest but of sparkle. And it is SOFT!

I'm thinking it might make up a luxurious pair of mittens - but for now it's just sitting on my desk where I can look at it and fondle it :o)

Hmmmmmm....I wonder.....If I teach my three kidlets to spin and had them spinning day and night to keep me in fiber, would it be against child labor laws?....and how long would the have to spin before they produced lovely fiber like yours?

Beautiful Yarn

I love to just look at beautiful hand spun!

I really think I loved my Hello Yarn handspun best in it's skein.

Kaity's yarn looks so even and pretty...I'd love to feel it!
